IBCs INCORPORATIONS AND BANKING
Although our main business is car registrations, over the years we
have noted that many clients prefer to own their cars through a
Vanuatu corporation.
Besides the privacy advantages of this for the vehicle registration,
your corporation (or IBC = International Business Corporation, tax
free company) may be used to carry out numerous other business
transactions in the rest of the world, completely tax free.
The cost of forming a corporation is generally between EUR 800 and

Offshore Bank Account Opening for Vanuatu IBCs
If you wish to open a bank account for the corporation, we no longer
recommend Vanuatu as it is very complicated and you would need to
travel to the bank in Vanuatu in person. We can however introduce you
to banks in Europe or the Caribbean area which are happy to open
accounts for Vanuatu IBCs.

Credit cards with settlement in USD, EUR or GBP.

Anonymous debit cards (no name printed on the face of the card,
although the bank must know the real identity of the cardholder of

Our bank introduction service is available for a fee of EUR 500 when
you are purchasing a Vanuatu IBC from us or if you choose to open a
personal account.
