REQUIREMENTS

For overseas vehicle registration in Cook Islands the following documents are required:

Documents required are as follows :

1. Completed Application Form (download here in pdf format)

2. Copy of original invoice for the vehicle

3. Copy of original registration certificate

4. Colour photo of vehicle

5. Copy of owner/company director’s drivers license

6. Copy of owner/company director’s passport

7. Certification of the vehicle roadworthiness (statement by a mechanic for example)

When everything is ready, we recommend you send us the documents by scanned e-mail or fax so we can double check them and obtain pre-approval. Once the application is approved, you should send the original documents by courier service along with the payment. We accept payment by bank transfer, cashier’s check (bank draft) or Visa/Mastercard. If you wish to pay by credit card we will send you an authorization form to fill out.
